a) Payment Processing
We use SumUp for secure online transactions. TREE does not store your card details.

b) Refunds

  • Donations: Non-refundable unless made in error.

  • Pre-orders: Refundable if the product cannot be supplied or if requested within 14 days of purchase, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

c) Events & Tickets
Any ticket sales or bookings through the Website will have their own terms communicated at the time of purchase.
